The silly willy spider
Crawled up on (child's name) head!
It crawled all around
Then made a nice soft bed.
It wiggled down his/her shoulder
And jumped down to the floor

Crawled to someone else for more!

Once upon the time I grew on the ground (point to the ground)
Now I have a mouth, two eyes, a nose (point to features on your face)
What are they there for, do you suppose? (Right forefinger to forehead, thinking gesture)
When I have a candle inside Shining bright (hold up right forefinger)
I'll be a Jack-O-Lantern on Halloween night! (Thumbs in armpits-bragging gesture)

Five little witches standing by the door.
One flew out and then there were four.
Four little witches standing by a tree.
One went to pick a pumpkin and then there were three.
Three little witches stirring their brew.
One fell in and then there were two.
Two little witches went for a run.
